The reservation process was easy and quick, but unfortunately, that's the only good thing I can say. The hotel location was convenient, and the room was spacious enough to accommodate two people. the hotel staff was polite and friendly upon check-in.
Our romantic escape quickly turned into a disaster. We booked our room in advance, but the hotel canceled our reservation, claiming they had no rooms available.

on the day of check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a call saying there was a room available. It would have been better if the hotel had communicated effectively regarding room availability.
